Leeds United have submitted an official enquiry to sign Coventry City striker Viktor Gyokeres in January, according to reports.

The Sweden international initially joined the Sky Blues on loan before making his switch from Brighton and Hove Albion permanent at the start of last season, and itâs fair to say heâs made quite the impression.

Leeds are in desperate need of attacking reinforcements given their position in the league table, and landing Gyokeres for ÂŁ16m would be an absolute bargain looking at his numbers.
